I have been doing a bit of thinking about the weave pattern myself. <BR/>Bento Box is great and too, have you considered single color center(red?) squares and more scrappy other pieces?2ndAvenueStudio-Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13883502857437987115noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26850144.post-1924901659600901072009-04-08T10:45:00.000-07:002009-04-08T10:45:00.000-07:00I like the bento boxes the best. I like red, but perhaps it'd be better as a very thin, narrow border around the top?Tami @ Lemon Tree Taleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06655631671353374029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26850144.post-61226599209305141902009-04-08T01:00:00.000-07:002009-04-08T01:00:00.000-07:00As much as I live the clever woven patterns, the b...As much as I live the clever woven patterns, the bento boxes do look good. And they give you scope to include more of the fabrics you want! My preference is 5 or 6 - I actually like it with red, but if you include red you'd probably need to spread out the larger pieces if it a bit more.Emmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08418320852653847841noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26850144.post-69803116305447792022009-04-07T19:00:00.000-07:002009-04-07T19:00:00.000-07:00For me its no. 3 for it has a calming effect which...For me its no. 3 for it has a calming effect which should be part of the decision because it will be on your bed. I love red but not solid in quilts (that does not sound right but for your case it is better to leave out red).zarinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07892508367397250702noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26850144.post-85792940764920953002009-04-07T12:56:00.000-07:002009-04-07T12:56:00.000-07:00lThe second pic (blocks on point)get my vote, as f...lThe second pic (blocks on point)get my vote, as far using red, I am not a fan of red. If you're 50/50 about using it, I'd ask your son what he thinks of the reds, makes it easier on you. (I have to admit it does add a punch of color)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26850144.post-73751179857175030202009-04-07T10:43:00.000-07:002009-04-07T10:43:00.000-07:00The diagonal plaid gets my vote! The diagonal plaid gets my vote!Vicki Whttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06929340703066037054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26850144.post-29870201090422563842009-04-07T09:53:00.000-07:002009-04-07T09:53:00.000-07:00I like the plaid set on point - but I'm a fan of p...I like the plaid set on point - but I'm a fan of plaid and argyle, so that's probably why!~Michelle~https://www.blogger.com/profile/04891637374696344976noreply@blogger.com
